Here’s a couple of pictures that I was just playing around with, combining an interest in Irish folktales with my recent enjoyment of fineliner pens, as well as a love of John Blanche’s illustrations.

These don’t illustrate any story in particular, but are just intended to capture a bit of a feeling, and really start to play with some imaginative drawing again. I’d love to push myself to participate is Inktober this year, but I’ve got some warming up to do!
