Baking is definitely not a skill that I possess, but I saw a video for these lovely looking puff pastry apple roses, so I thought hey why not give that a try.

Tonight is the final of the amazing Great British Bake Off, which I am loving, and which is a great reminder that baking is as much a creative skill as any other.
