This is the final painting of the church I first looked at in Church of Black Gold, an option for my Architectural Sketching course.
I didn’t want to just stop doing watercolour buildings, as I want to keep developing the skills, so I went back to that idea and followed it through. I think it’s bolder than the last one I did, although I struggle with the empty spaces of these compositions.
