Mistletoe Bride

Another mask in preparation for my Halloween Polaroid project, Tricks and Treats. A bride figure. There is a famous folktale of the Mistletoe Bride (claimed by an unreasonably high number of historic houses), of a young bride who hides in a chest during a game and who dies there and remains unfound for many years. Well this veil isn’t exactly telling that story, as I’m not sure where nails come into it. I guess I could have gone for Corpse Bride or Bride of Bluebeard, or maybe Pinhead’s Bride would have been better.
