The Meaning of Life (Drawing)

Hooray, I have finally experienced my first real life drawing session! And it was intense!

I can’t remember the last time I had to concentrate like that, although maybe that was partly nerves, having never done it before and not being sure what exactly would be involved. It was an untutored session so there was no guidance on where I was going wrong, but I maybe think that’s not a bad thing.

So anyway here are the results. I’ve started with the one I am happiest with, which was the final picture, a 15 minute pose. It’s funny because it was such a whirlwind that I didn’t actually really know what I had drawn until I got home and could look at them properly. Not amazing, but hey, it’s only the first session.
