I have finally finished my rebel clown doll, which was started in All Fool’s, and continued in Witty Fool. His transvestism began as an escape from the clown persona, a chance to be himself and not perform, but the two parts of his nature have merged over time.

My three year old daughter has named him Sillywilly the Clown and loves him, and that’s about the best review I can hope for, although I am very conscious that my sewing skills leave a hell of a lot to be desired.

I have some ideas to try a different doll based on the same template.
