Way back at the summer solstice I started a project to make a couple of solargraphy images, with the hope that something might come out by the winter solstice, which has just taken place.
I put one up at home, and one at work, although sadly the one at work has vanished, either removed by someone or possibly blown away.
The one at home survived a few fallings down, but did come up with something, although not exactly the sort of image I would have expected.
You can see the lines of the rising and setting sun over the course of the six months, but no other detail at all, giving it the feel (I think) of some unintelligible readings from a strange scientific device.
I kind of like it.
