Hmmm, so my shrunken Celtic warrior head did not come out very well. The latex was too thin and it is basically like a floppy latex mask, so I found a great video on Youtube from StiltbeastStudios that explains how to use Gorilla Glue to create a firm foam interior and I gave that a try.

It sort of worked, but the head really doesn’t look or feel realistic in any sense. I also tried melting cellophane onto it to create texture but that looks rubbish. Maybe painted up it might, but my painting skills are not up to the job of rescuing this one, so you can mark this project as a failure.

Next idea is to try making a shrunken head out of sculpey instead.
