I am planning an event at work called The Joy of Tea, celebrating all things tea, and wanted to encourage people not just to drink tea in the pursuit of contentment, but to use it as an artistic medium and inspiration.

I’ve done some paintings with tea in the past (Tea Painting and Time for Tea), but they were a bit shoddy, so I had another go, in order to have an example to show at the event, and this is what I came up with. It’s a highly imperfect portrait of actor Tea Leoni.
