I thought a fun small project would be to make a sock puppet using latex, and it sort of grew into a bit of a monster, if you excuse the pun and became a dinosaur puppet.

I also obviously didn’t learn my lesson from Sluggy Bug Eyes, which is that latex shrinks (and isn’t as stretchy as you’d imagine), so I can barely get my hand in, but maybe this can be one for the kids.

The puppet originally didn’t have the crest things, but it didn’t feel very dinosaurish so I added them on. Still not convinced! I think perhaps he ought to have reptilian eyes rather than buttons.
