And finally I reach the end of my online course Surrealistic Fineliner Illustration, which I started a while back in the post Snail’s Pace, and which I have really struggled to come up with a final idea for (see Weird Rejects and The River of Uncertainty). Until now!

So here is my octopus tree. I hope it is suitably weird. Between this image; Pigs May Fly; and Major Ursa, I’m pretty pleased with how far I have come. Especially if you hear in mind that my first attempts really at Illustration on this blog were these, which aren’t great (although I still like the concept).
