So I am panicking that the first shrunken head I did is not good enough – too well-preserved and slightly day-glo orange – so I’m quickly trying to throw together another one with a bit more deterioration.

I’ll spare you all the different stages of making it, but here it is baked and finished. I tried to get more texture into this one, with the stitches and patches of decay, with I think various degrees of success.
